消防部队担负着繁重的灭火和应急救援任务，其特殊性和危险性给一线战斗员带来了巨大的心理压力。研究如何培养战斗员良好的心理适应能力，提高其情绪自我控制能力，是关系到部队战斗力的大问题，具有非常重要的意义。以访谈和调查问卷的形式，对江苏公安消防总队的400名一线战斗员的心理压力现状进行了调查，可出主要压力源，并提出了合理、可行的干预措施，为引导战斗员正确应对心理压力，提高其心理健康水平和工作成效，为增强部队战斗力提供理论依据。
消防部隊擔負著繁重的滅火和應急救援任務，其特殊性和危險性給一線戰鬥員帶來瞭巨大的心理壓力。研究如何培養戰鬥員良好的心理適應能力，提高其情緒自我控製能力，是關繫到部隊戰鬥力的大問題，具有非常重要的意義。以訪談和調查問捲的形式，對江囌公安消防總隊的400名一線戰鬥員的心理壓力現狀進行瞭調查，可齣主要壓力源，併提齣瞭閤理、可行的榦預措施，為引導戰鬥員正確應對心理壓力，提高其心理健康水平和工作成效，為增彊部隊戰鬥力提供理論依據。

The Fire Service has been undertaking the tasks of fire fighting and rescue for long, whose difficulties and dangers have brought severe psychological stress to fire fighters in the frontier. Therefore, it is necessary that a study be done on con-structing adaptability and enhancing the self-control of emotion for firefighters in frontier, which is crucial for fire battle ef-fectiveness and of great meaning.In this paper, by interviews and questionnaire, a research on psychological stress resources of firefighters is done in 400 firefighters in Jiangsu Fire Corps. According to the analyzed data, major stress resources are found and logical and practical measures of intervention are proposed, which offer theoretic basis to guide firefighters to handle stress correctly, as well as to improve firefighters' psychological health and work efficiency, which will hopefully lead to enhanced battle effectiveness.
