封隔器是油气田分层开采工艺中重要的井下工具,胶筒坐封性能决定了封隔地层的可靠性。建立了胶筒有限元模型,采用ANSYS对胶筒工作状态进行数值模拟,研究了胶筒坐封过程中胶筒和套管间接触应力分布和不同摩擦系数对胶筒坐封性能的影响。结果表明随着摩擦系数的增加,上胶筒接触压力逐渐增大,中下胶筒接触压力逐渐减小,主要起密封作用的是上胶筒。

Packer is the most important downhole tool for departing different layer in oil and gas field. The sealing performance of rube tube determines the reliability of packing layer. The finite element model of rubber tube is established to simulate rubber tube working state simulation by using ANSYS. The distribution of contact stress between the casing and rubber tube are studied and the sealing performance at different coefficient of friction is calculated. The results show that with the gradually increase of friction coefficient, the contact stress of upper rubber tube increases, the contact stress of the middle and lower rubber rube decreases. The upper rubber tube mainly plays the role of sealing.
