采用文献资料法等对高校《国家学生体质健康标准》新旧测试项目进行比较及实施情况进行分析。主要结论:新体质测试树立健康第一的指导思想,更突出了以健康为主线。新《全国学生体质健康标准》测试的出台,为高校体育教学提供新的思路。通过《健康标准》的评价,让学生了解自身体质健康状态,唤醒并激发他们了解科学健身的知识,通过体育课程的学习,使学生掌握了科学健身的方法,从而养成了终生锻炼、科学健身的习惯。建议:社会,家长、校长、全校老师共同参与到体育教学、运动中,共同关注学生身体素质,以提高全民身体素质。建立奖惩制度,制定监督管理机制,将实施《标准》情况列入学校目标管理体系;杜绝弄虚作假。

The paper analyzes the testing items of old and new editions of National Standard of Students'Physical Health and corresponding implementation with method of literature and concludes that the new constitution test establishes the guiding thought of health comes first and emphasizes the thread of health.The promulgation of new National Standard for Students'Physical Health provides new thinking for university sports teaching.Through evaluating themselves according to the new "health standard",students get to understand their own physical health status,thus their desire for scientific body -building is awakened and stimulated.Through learning sports courses,students master the way of scientific body -building and gradually develop the habit of lifelong exercise and scientific body -building.The paper suggests that society,parents,headmasters and school teachers participate in sports teaching and practice and care about students'physical fitness to improve national physical quality;The paper also suggests setting up a reward and punishment system;making a supervision and management mechanism and including the implementation of 'Standard'into the management system of the school to eradicate fraud.
