以微波辅助乙醇提取大豆生育酚,考察萃取功率、萃取温度、萃取时间对萃取量的影响。结果表明,用无水乙醇提取大豆生育酚的最佳工艺条件:料液比1∶10(g/mL),萃取时间10 min,萃取温度40℃,萃取功率400 W。在此条件下,生育酚的萃取量可达7.9 mg/100 g。
以微波輔助乙醇提取大豆生育酚,攷察萃取功率、萃取溫度、萃取時間對萃取量的影響。結果錶明,用無水乙醇提取大豆生育酚的最佳工藝條件:料液比1∶10(g/mL),萃取時間10 min,萃取溫度40℃,萃取功率400 W。在此條件下,生育酚的萃取量可達7.9 mg/100 g。

Microwave-assisted ethanol to extract soybean tocopherol ,the effect of extraction power ,extrac-tion temperature ,and extraction time on extraction amount was studied .The results show that the most op-timum conditions are that the extraction time is 10 min,the extraction temperature is 40 ℃,the extraction power is 400 W.Under this condition ,the extraction amount of tocopherol up to 7.9 mg/100 g.
