以微波辅助乙醇提取大豆生育酚，考察萃取功率、萃取温度、萃取时间对萃取量的影响。结果表明，用无水乙醇提取大豆生育酚的最佳工艺条件：料液比1∶10（g／mL），萃取时间10 min，萃取温度40℃，萃取功率400 W。在此条件下，生育酚的萃取量可达7．9 mg／100 g。

Microwave-assisted ethanol to extract soybean tocopherol ,the effect of extraction power ,extrac-tion temperature ,and extraction time on extraction amount was studied .The results show that the most op-timum conditions are that the extraction time is 10 min,the extraction temperature is 40 ℃,the extraction power is 400 W.Under this condition ,the extraction amount of tocopherol up to 7.9 mg/100 g.
