以耐温磺化聚合物( SPAM)、水溶性酚醛树脂、粉煤灰制备了适合于YT油田的高温封窜调堵剂。正交实验优选得到:0.3%SPAM、0.04%交联剂、5%粉煤灰的体系。温度、pH、矿化度对成胶效果的影响结果表明,100℃或更高温度对凝胶成胶不利;pH=5时,成胶效果最好;矿化度增加不利于成胶,但当矿化度是50000 mg/L左右时,成胶黏度仍接近45000 mPa· s。耐温性测试结果表明,110℃高温老化20 d后,体系黏度有所降低,但体系仍能保证不脱水;热滚实验表明,凝胶的温度使用上限是150℃。岩心实验表明体系能够明显提高注气压力,减缓注气压降。

To block the gas channeling of high-temperature YT oilfield ,a gel plugging agent which is made up of sulfonated polymer (SPAM),water-soluble phenolic resin and ash had been prepared .The tests results of 0.3%SPAM,0.04%crosslinkers,5%fly-ash system and the temperature ,pH,and salinity influence on gelling show that:100℃and higher temperature is unfavorable on the gelation;the gelling is better when pH=5;Increased salinity is not conducive to gelling ,but when salinity is 50 000 mg/L or so,the gel viscos-ity is still close to 45 000 mPa· s.The results of temperature resistance showed that after 110℃high tem-perature aging 20 d,the gel viscosity decreased ,but the system is still no water separation;Hot rolling ex-periments showed that the upper temperature limit of the gel is 150 ℃.The core experience show that the gel can significantly improve the injection pressure and slow down the decrease of injection pressure .
