依托现有核电系统的通信资源,提出了一种基于分时长期演进(TD-LTE)的核电应急通信系统,通过建立覆盖应急区域的专用TD-LTE网络,为核电应急指挥中心提供突发应急现场音视频数据,同时也为核电通信故障恢复提供高带宽的临时通道。该应急系统的建设提高了核电系统通信应对应急事件的能力,保障核电系统的安全可靠运行。
依託現有覈電繫統的通信資源,提齣瞭一種基于分時長期縯進(TD-LTE)的覈電應急通信繫統,通過建立覆蓋應急區域的專用TD-LTE網絡,為覈電應急指揮中心提供突髮應急現場音視頻數據,同時也為覈電通信故障恢複提供高帶寬的臨時通道。該應急繫統的建設提高瞭覈電繫統通信應對應急事件的能力,保障覈電繫統的安全可靠運行。

Relying on the existing nuclear power system communication resources, this paper puts forward a kind of time-sharing long-term evolution (TD-LTE) nuclear emergency communication system, through the establishment of cover area emergency special td-scdma LTE network, for the nuclear power emergency command center offers unexpect-ed emergency field audio and video data, as well as the temporary channels of nuclear power communication fault recov-ery with high bandwidth.The construction of the emergency system improves the ability of nuclear power system commu-nication to deal with emergency events, to ensure safe and reliable operation of the nuclear power system.
