本研究运用逆向工程技术,对风扇叶片进行模型重建并完成其成型工艺与模具设计。风扇叶片外形曲面比较复杂,采用逆向工程方法,利用三维扫描仪表面点云数据采集工作。应用Geomagic和UG软件进行点云数据处理、曲面重构和模型重建,然后用UG软件中MoldWizard模块完成该产品的成型工艺与模具设计。

본연구운용역향공정기술,대풍선협편진행모형중건병완성기성형공예여모구설계。풍선협편외형곡면비교복잡,채용역향공정방법,이용삼유소묘의표면점운수거채집공작。응용Geomagic화UG연건진행점운수거처리、곡면중구화모형중건,연후용UG연건중MoldWizard모괴완성해산품적성형공예여모구설계。
Based on the reverse engineering technology, a fan vanedigital model was rebuilt and its injection mold was designed. The surface shape of the fan is very complex. By using the reverse engineering method and 3d scanner, the surface point cloud data collection work was completed. The point cloud data processing and surface reconstruction was finished by Geomagic and UG. Finally, the injection mold was designed by UG and its MoldWizard module.
