针对233 U 提取工艺1AW 钍基体中微量铀(m(Th)/m(U)=105)的分析,以 TEVA 树脂萃取色谱为主要分离纯化手段,以 ICP-MS 为测量手段,建立了一个简便快速的分析方法。上柱时模拟料液的体积为1 mL、酸度为2.5 mol/L,铀的洗脱液为12 mL 硝酸(2 mol/L),方法对1AW 模拟样品中铀的回收率为97.1%~100.0%,s r =1.1%(n=5)。该方法能够有效地将钍基体去除,从而实现微量铀的准确测量。

In this study,a chemical procedure for the routine determination of trace uranium in thorium has been developed.The simulated samples are leached with 2.5 mol/L nitric acid and separated using TEVA resin prior to ICP-MS measurements.The chemical recoveries of uranium in the method are 97.1%-100.0% (5 times),with 1 mL of stimulated samples and 12 mL of elution solutions (2 mol/L HNO3 ).The presence of thorium stripped together with uranium doesn’t interfere with the determination.This method not only circumvents “cum-bersome”sample matrix change,but also employs only one and pretty simple eluant (diluent nitric acid ), hence those simplifications greatly facilitate the separation efficiency than before.After appropriate diluting with water,the effluents can be directly injected into the mass spectrometer and determined with calibration curve.
