医患关系是医务人员与患者在就医过程中自发成立的诊疗关系，是医疗人际关系的关键所在。目前国内的医患关系较为紧张，本文就其形成的原因及解决策略进行简单的探索，将从以下四个方面进行论述，即医方、患方、新闻媒体和政府。为构建和谐稳固的医患关系，医务人员不仅要钻研专业知识，精益求精，还要注重对患者的人文关怀，以人为本；患者要增强理性思维，认识医疗卫生事业的局限性和风险性，对治疗有合理的预期；新闻媒体的舆论监督要坚持正确的导向，坚持客观、公正、求实的立场；更为关键的是政府要发挥其立法、调控、宣传、引导等积极作用。

The doctor-patient relationship is a medical staff with patients in medical clinics established during spontaneous relationship is the key to health care relationships. Currently the doctor-patient relationship is more intense, this paper will explore the simple reason of its formation and solution strategies will be discussed the following four aspects, namely the medical side, the risk of side, the news media and the government. To build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship strong, not only to study the medical staff expertise, excellence, but also pay attention to the humane care of patients, people-oriented;patients to enhance rational thinking, recognizing the limitations of medical and health services and risk of treatment reason-able expectation;the news media should adhere to the correct guidance of public opinion, insist on objective, fair and realistic stance;more critical for the government to play its legislation, regulation, promotion, guidance and other positive role.
