近年来乙烯装置裂解炉炉管出现事故较多，一直是影响裂解炉长周期运行的重要原因，各乙烯装置对于如何采用科学的检验方法进行裂解炉炉管的检验是非常迫切的，本文通过对某乙烯装置多台裂解炉在近十年间发现的问题进行分析，结合当前裂解炉检验规程，提出了裂解炉炉管检验方法，以期更好的为现场检验服务。
