Sports has become an embodiment of comprehensive national power in today's world.Although Chinese culture and martial arts enjoyed a long history,the maintenance of its youth and vitality through simple martial arts education is far from meeting the development needs of the times.The paper argues that martial arts culture must be included within the practice of physical education as the content of inheriting traditional Chinese culture and that those cultural elements of martial arts history,morality and language must be given full play to inherit traditional Chinese martial arts culture and popularize it to every corner of the world.
