目的：观察电针、面部推拿、中频治疗仪等综合疗法治疗周围性面神经炎的疗效。方法：将97例周围性面神经炎患者随机分为治疗组（49例）和对照组（48例），均采用电针及面部推拿治疗，治疗组则配合中频治疗仪治疗，观察两组临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率为97.96%，高于对照组的89.58%（P<0.05）。结论：电针、面部推拿、中频治疗仪等综合疗法治疗周围性面神经炎疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

목적：관찰전침、면부추나、중빈치료의등종합요법치료주위성면신경염적료효。방법：장97례주위성면신경염환자수궤분위치료조（49례）화대조조（48례），균채용전침급면부추나치료，치료조칙배합중빈치료의치료，관찰량조림상료효。결과：치료조총유효솔위97.96%，고우대조조적89.58%（P<0.05）。결론：전침、면부추나、중빈치료의등종합요법치료주위성면신경염료효현저，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective:To observe the curative effect of combined therapy of electro-acupuncture, facial massage and intermediate-frequency therapy apparatus on peripheral facial neuritis. Methods:97 cases of peripheral facial neuritis were randomly divided into treatment group (49 cases) and con-trol group (48 cases), both treated with electro-acupuncture and facial massage, treatment group added treatment of intermediate-frequency therapy apparatus, clinical curative effects of the two groups were observed. Results:The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.96%, higher than that of control group by 89.58%(P<0.05). Conclusion:Combined therapy of electro-acupuncture, facial massage and intermediate-frequency therapy ap-paratus has obvious therapeutic effect on peripheral facial neuritis, being worthy of clinical application.
