在放羊式教学理念下利用自主学习、探究学习和合作学习三种经典教学方法的特点以及适用时机，构建一种侧重于提高学生自主学习能力的复合型教学方法———“自主－探究－合作”教学方法。以个案研究的方式对该教学方法的理论基础、内涵、操作程序、实践特征等进行系统分析，为健美操专选课教学方法的革新提供新的思路、为学生自主学习能力的培养扩宽路径。

Under teaching theory of letting students go,this paper explores characteristics of three classic teaching methods:independent study,exploratory study and cooperative study and occasion of their application to construct a compound teaching method that emphasizes on improving students'ability of independent study,namely the teaching method of “independence -exploration -cooperation”.By way of case study,this paper carries out a systematic analysis of the theoretical basis,connotation,procedures and features of practice of this teaching method to provide a new way for reforming the teaching method of elective course of aerobics and widening the path for developing students'ability of independent study.
