采用乙醇提取石榴籽多酚类物质考察了乙醇浓度、温度、时间、料液比等对提取率的影响。结果表明,其最佳工艺条件是:提取温度60℃,提取时间1.5 h,料液比1∶12( g/mL),物料粒径60目,提取2次。此条件下平均提取率为0.97%。

The factors such as ethanol concentration ,temperature ,time and solid-liquid ratio were investi-gated.The extraction process was optimized by orthogonal tests .The result showed that the optimum ex-traction process were:extraction temperature 60 ℃, extraction time 1.5 h, the solid-liquid ratio 1∶12 (g/mL),material particle size 60 mesh,extracted 2 times.In these conditions,the average extraction rate was 0.97%.
