以Fe(NO3)3·9H2O、NaOH和CTAB为原料,用水热法合成了α-Fe2O3纳米粉体。用X射线粉末衍射( XRD)和透射电子显微镜( TEM)对粉体的物相、形貌进行了表征,并将粉体制成气敏元件,进行了气敏性能测试。结果表明,样品为形状规则的立方体颗粒,粒径为60~80 nm,元件对乙醇具有较高的灵敏度。

Nanometer material α-Fe2 O3 was synthesized by hydrothermal method using Fe ( NO3 ) 3 · 9H2 O,NaOH and CTAB as raw materials.The structure,crystal phase and morphology of the powder were characterized by XRD and TEM .Gas sensor based on Fe 2 O3 powder was prepared and gas sensing proper-ties were investigated .The results showed that samples were regular cube particles and their grain sizes were about 60~80 nm.The gas senor exhibited good response to ethanol .
