用浸渍法制备12Ni-PCVMT催化剂,考察了制备方法对其结构及甲烷干重整催化性能的影响。结果表明,在常压,750℃条件下,经过17 h在线评价后,12Ni-PCVMT催化剂具有高的反应活性和稳定性,具有较好的镍分散性、粒径分布更均匀,比表面积较大,从而具有更好的Ni抗烧结能力及抗积炭性。
用浸漬法製備12Ni-PCVMT催化劑,攷察瞭製備方法對其結構及甲烷榦重整催化性能的影響。結果錶明,在常壓,750℃條件下,經過17 h在線評價後,12Ni-PCVMT催化劑具有高的反應活性和穩定性,具有較好的鎳分散性、粒徑分佈更均勻,比錶麵積較大,從而具有更好的Ni抗燒結能力及抗積炭性。

12Ni-PCVMT catalysts were prepared by the dipping method .The influence of preparation method on the physicochemical properties and catalytic performance for the dry reforming of methane was investigated.The result showed that under the condition of 750 ℃,after 17 h,the 12Ni-PCVMT catalysts gave good catalytic activities at atmospheric pressure and the catalyst had better Ni dispersion ,more sym-metrical distribution of particle diameter ,larger specific surface area ,thereby ,the catalyst possessed better resistance to Ni sintering and coking .
