班级文化建设对高职学生的人格塑造具有重要意义，本文结合高职班级文化建设中存在诸多不利因素，以江西环境工程职业学院为推进平台，围绕党建、实践教学、团学三方面论证实施“三艺”育人下的班级文化建设思路，以期打造学生德才兼备、知行合一的健全人格。
