采用逆相蒸发法制备甘草酸二铵脂质体,通过均匀设计法优化脂质体处方及制备工艺,利用透射电镜观察其形态,通过HPLC测定脂质体包封率。所制得的甘草酸二铵脂质体形态呈球形,大小较均匀,粒径范围在50~100 nm,包封率36.47%,稳定性佳。
採用逆相蒸髮法製備甘草痠二銨脂質體,通過均勻設計法優化脂質體處方及製備工藝,利用透射電鏡觀察其形態,通過HPLC測定脂質體包封率。所製得的甘草痠二銨脂質體形態呈毬形,大小較均勻,粒徑範圍在50~100 nm,包封率36.47%,穩定性佳。

Diammonium glycyrrhizinate liposome was prepared by the reverse evaporating method .The li-posome was prepared by homogeneous design .The shape of liposome was observed under the electronic microscope .The shape and size distribution was detected by transmission electrical microscope .The mean entrapment efficiency was detected with HPLC .The shape of diammonium glycyrrhizinate liposome was spherical and regular in its morphology and the diameter ranges of the liposome were 50~100 nm. The entrapment efficiency of the liposome was 36 .47%and the stability of the liposome was good .
