目的:探讨在康复评定教学中运用“诊所式”教学模式改革的成效。方法:选择顺德职业技术学院09~12级康复治疗技术专业学生作为研究对象,在大学一年级的康复评定技术课程中运用“诊所式”教学模式,课程结束后通过笔试、操作考试和小组汇报三种方式评估教学效果,并对其进行统计分析。结果:三项考试成绩表显示A、B等级占大多数,且其比例均有逐年增高趋势,但只有操作成绩B等级的增多有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在康复评定课程教学中采用“诊所式”教学模式,对康复专业学生的理论掌握、操作能力及小组协作能力的培养均有一定的提高作用,其中以动手操作能力提高最为显著,因此“诊所式”教学模式改革具有一定可行性。

목적:탐토재강복평정교학중운용“진소식”교학모식개혁적성효。방법:선택순덕직업기술학원09~12급강복치료기술전업학생작위연구대상,재대학일년급적강복평정기술과정중운용“진소식”교학모식,과정결속후통과필시、조작고시화소조회보삼충방식평고교학효과,병대기진행통계분석。결과:삼항고시성적표현시A、B등급점대다수,차기비례균유축년증고추세,단지유조작성적B등급적증다유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:재강복평정과정교학중채용“진소식”교학모식,대강복전업학생적이론장악、조작능력급소조협작능력적배양균유일정적제고작용,기중이동수조작능력제고최위현저,인차“진소식”교학모식개혁구유일정가행성。
Objective:To investigate the effect of the"clinic"teaching mode reformation in rehabilitation assessment teaching. Methods:Selected the students of rehabilitation technology specialty from the class of 2009-2012 in Shunde polytechnic, used"clinic"teaching mode reformation in their rehabilitation assessment technology courses when they were at first-year college, evaluated the teaching effect by written examination, operation test and team report after the end of the courses and made a statistical analysis on the data. Results:The three tests' results showed that grade A and B were in the majority, and their proportion were both increasing year by year, but only the grade B in operation test was increasing with statistical sig-nificance (P<0.05). Conclusion:To use"clinic"teaching mode resormation in rehabilitation assessment teaching is help to improve the theory master, operational capacity and team cooperation ability training of rehabilitation specialty students, especially the improvement of operational capacity is the most significant, therefore, the"clinic"teaching mode reformation has certain feasibility.
