我国教师绩效评价是随着国家对绩效工资制的强力推动而进行的。实施的效果并不尽如人意,并且引发了诸如教师间的恶性竞争以及教师与管理者二元对立之类的问题。从生态学的角度思考教师绩效评价,研究发现绩效评价背后的现代化文化预设,是造成实践中产生生态危机的根本原因。教师之间的竞争结果并不必然是优胜劣汰,也可以是协同进化。在避免恶性竞争的同时应创设积极的竞争环境,促进教师评价生态系统的良性循环。

In China teachersˊ performance evaluation is carried out with the strong promotion of the system of performance wage. The effect is far from perfect, causing the vicious competition between teachers and the binary opposition between teach-ers and the management. This paper researches into teachersˊ performance evaluation from the perspective of ecology and the findings show that the modern cultural presupposition behind teachersˊ performance evaluation is the primary cause leading to ecological crisis in practice. The effect of competition between teachers is not necessarily the survival of the fittest and might be the coordinating development. The positive competition environment should be set with the avoidance of the vicious competi-tion, promoting the virtuous cycle of the ecological system of teachersˊperformance evaluation.
