利用超网络特性抽象人群拓扑网络结构，精确重要网络节点在交互中发挥重要的连接作用。提出来了基于人群特征提取、CA法计算权重系数以及通过不同领域学科知识交叉整合，实现在超网络上的信息融合与人群信息结合来计算不同人群在领域中的重要作用。最后，通过人工方法与模型计算结果进行比对分析证明，该方法在人才选择上有一定的作用。

Using the crowd topology network structure of the super network to abstract the ligation of the important network nodes in interaction. The intersection and integration based on the crowd feature extraction, weight coefficient calculation by CA method and the content knowledge of different fields are put forward. The calculation of important role of different populations in the field is achieved by the information fusion and crowd information combination in super network. As a result, the comparison analysis is demonstrated through calculation that it has a certain role in talent selection.
