通过大量查阅近10年来有关退行性骨关节病预防与调护的文献，从预防的角度对骨关节病高危人群或既病人群给予合理有效的建议，主要提及以下几点：合理饮食、控制体重、避寒保暖、避免劳损、精神调摄、运动疗法和自我保健疗法。

Referring to lots of literatures relating to prevention and care of degenerative joint disease in recent 10 years, reasonable and effective sug-gestions are given for osteoarthrosis high-risk group or patients from the perspective of prevention, mainly referring to reasonable diet, weight con-trol, avoiding cold and keeping warm, preventing injuries, psych nursing, exercise therapy and self-health care.
