目的：探讨乌灵胶囊对缺血性脑卒中患者抑郁情绪和认知功能的影响。方法：将78例脑卒中患者随机分为治疗组（39例）和对照组（39例），均给予抗血小板凝聚、他汀类药物、神经营养药物、康复治疗等常规治疗，治疗组则在此基础上配合服用乌灵胶囊，观察两组患者事件相关电位（ERP）和HAMD评分的改善情况。结果：治疗8周后，两组患者N2PL、P3PL均显著缩短（P<0.05），P3amp均显著升高（P<0.05），HAMD评分均显著降低（P<0.05），且治疗组均优于对照组（P<0.01）。结论：乌灵胶囊能有效改善缺血性脑卒中患者的抑郁情绪和认知功能，对促进其预后和康复有一定临床价值。
목적：탐토오령효낭대결혈성뇌졸중환자억욱정서화인지공능적영향。방법：장78례뇌졸중환자수궤분위치료조（39례）화대조조（39례），균급여항혈소판응취、타정류약물、신경영양약물、강복치료등상규치료，치료조칙재차기출상배합복용오령효낭，관찰량조환자사건상관전위（ERP）화HAMD평분적개선정황。결과：치료8주후，량조환자N2PL、P3PL균현저축단（P<0.05），P3amp균현저승고（P<0.05），HAMD평분균현저강저（P<0.05），차치료조균우우대조조（P<0.01）。결론：오령효낭능유효개선결혈성뇌졸중환자적억욱정서화인지공능，대촉진기예후화강복유일정림상개치。
Objective:To study the effect of Wuling capsule on depression and cognitive function of patients with ischemic stroke. Methods:78 pa-tients with stroke were randomly divided into treatment group (39 cases) and control group (39 cases), both with conventional treatment of anti-plate-let aggregation, statins, nerve nutrition medicine, rehabilitation and the like, treatment group added Wuling capsule, improvement in event related po-tentials (ERP) and HAMD scores of two groups were observed. Results:After treatment of 8 weeks, N2PL and P3PL of two groups were significant-ly shortened (P<0.05), P3amp significantly increased (P<0.05), HAMD score significantly decreased (P<0.05), and treatment group was better than control group (P<0.01). Conclusion:Wuling capsule can effectively improve the depression and cognitive function of patients with ischemic stroke, and has certain clinical value to promote its prognosis and rehabilitation.
