目的：调查广州地区退行性骨关节炎与中医体质类型和影响因素的相关性。方法：退行性骨关节炎患者和健康志愿者各132例予横断面现场调查，采用《骨关节炎影响因素调查问卷》及《中医体质分类与判定标准》分析OA患者中医体质类型和影响因素的相关性。结果：回收有效问卷248份，与平和质相比，阳虚及血瘀体质人群患骨关节炎的危险度显著增高；年龄、性别、体质量指数（BMI）、家族史、失眠和焦虑等15个影响因素与OA发病相关，性别、体重指数（BMI）、蹲坑排便习惯、运动形式、健康知识获得方式为骨关节炎风险因素。结论：退行性骨关节炎的危险体质为阳虚质、血瘀质，危险因素包括负重运动、蹲坑排便习惯、高体质量指数，保护因素为男性和主动获取健康知识。
목적：조사엄주지구퇴행성골관절염여중의체질류형화영향인소적상관성。방법：퇴행성골관절염환자화건강지원자각132례여횡단면현장조사，채용《골관절염영향인소조사문권》급《중의체질분류여판정표준》분석OA환자중의체질류형화영향인소적상관성。결과：회수유효문권248빈，여평화질상비，양허급혈어체질인군환골관절염적위험도현저증고；년령、성별、체질량지수（BMI）、가족사、실면화초필등15개영향인소여OA발병상관，성별、체중지수（BMI）、준갱배편습관、운동형식、건강지식획득방식위골관절염풍험인소。결론：퇴행성골관절염적위험체질위양허질、혈어질，위험인소포괄부중운동、준갱배편습관、고체질량지수，보호인소위남성화주동획취건강지식。
Objective:To investigate the correlation between degenerative osteoarthritis and influencing factors as well as constitution types of Chi-nese medicine in Guangzhou. Methods:Degenerative osteoarthritis and healthy volunteers, each of 132, were conducted with cross-sectional survey,"osteoarthritis influencing factors questionnaire"and"Chinese constitution classification and criterion"were used to analyze the correlation between constitution types of Chinese Medicine and influencing factors of OA patients. Results:248 questionnaires were valid, compared with normal consti-tution, the dangerous degree of Yang deficiency and blood stasis significantly increased;age, gender, body mass index (BMI), family history, insom-nia and anxiety and the other 15 influencing factors were related with OA, gender, body mass index (BMI), squatting defecation habits, mode of mo-tion and way of health knowledge acquisition were osteoarthritis risk factors. Conclusion:The risk constitution of degenerative osteoarthritis includes Yang deficiency and blood stasis, risk factors include weight-bearing exercise, squatting defecation habits, high body mass index, protective factors are male and acquiring health knowledge actively.
