针对当前商用车仪表板生产效率低，本文设计开发了商用车仪表板模块化工艺，并探讨其效果。本文首先阐述了商用车仪表板模块化的整体思路，然后从模块化的关键技术、集成工艺流程、管理系统和防错技术等方面详细介绍了商用车仪表板模块化技术开发及应用过程，介绍了仪表板模块化生产后的突出效果。结果表明，仪表板的模块化生产有利于提高生产效率，改善产品质量并降低成本。

Aimed at the low production efficiency of the instrument board of commercial vehicle, this paper designs and develops the modular process of the instrument board of commercial vehicle, and discusses its effect. At first, this paper elaborats the whole thought of the instrument board of commercial vehicle, and then, introduces the technology development and application process of the instrument board of commercial vehicle from the aspects of the key technology of modularization, integration process, management system, mistake proofing technology and so on, recommends the outstanding effect by the modular production of the instrument board. The results show that, the modular production of the instrument board is good for improving the production efficiency and product quality and reducing costs.
