本文对比观察罗才贵主任医师发明的“罗氏勾点手法”点按斜角肌与普通推拿手法治疗颈型颈椎病急性疼痛的镇痛效果和颈椎活动度，发现“罗氏勾点手法”治疗颈型颈椎病具有起效快、镇痛效果明显、恢复颈椎活动能力好等特点，适于进行临床推广。
本文對比觀察囉纔貴主任醫師髮明的“囉氏勾點手法”點按斜角肌與普通推拿手法治療頸型頸椎病急性疼痛的鎮痛效果和頸椎活動度，髮現“囉氏勾點手法”治療頸型頸椎病具有起效快、鎮痛效果明顯、恢複頸椎活動能力好等特點，適于進行臨床推廣。

This article has compared and observed the analgesic effect and cervical activity of "Luo's hook manipulation" that invented by Luo Cai-gui professor to press scalenus or common massage for acute pain caused by neck type cervical spondylosis, which finds that treating neck type cervical spondylosis by"Luo's hook manipulation"has many features like works quickly, significant analgesic effect and good ability of recovering the activity of cervical vertebra, and is suitable for clinical promotion.
