研究矢量匹配、多尺度海洋数据集成、同步更新技术和更新冲突处理规则与方法等关键技术,设计浙江省海洋基础空间要素数据库更新系统,实现了岛(礁)、滩涂、水下地形三个独立的海洋数据库与海洋基础库的同步更新,提高了海洋基础空间数据的应用服务能力。

연구시량필배、다척도해양수거집성、동보경신기술화경신충돌처리규칙여방법등관건기술,설계절강성해양기출공간요소수거고경신계통,실현료도(초)、탄도、수하지형삼개독립적해양수거고여해양기출고적동보경신,제고료해양기출공간수거적응용복무능력。
This paper studied a lot of key technologies about data integration and data updating which included vector data matching technology, multi-scale marine data integration technology, synchronization updating technology and the rules for data conflict and the methods to deal with that condition, and designed the marine base library synchronization update system of Zhejiang at the same time. The system realized the synchronization updatinge of island database beaches database and underwater database with the marine base library, and enhanced the ability of marine infrastructure spatial data services and applications.
