目的:探讨Jagged1和Hes1在食管癌中的表达和临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学PV-9000法检测52例食管癌组织和20例癌旁正常组织中Jagged1和Hes1的表达水平,分析其与食管癌各临床病理因素之间的相关性及临床意义。结果 Jagged1和Hes1在食管癌组织中的阳性表达率均显著低于癌旁正常组织,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 Hes1的表达与食管癌的淋巴结转移、临床分期、分化程度、侵袭程度密切相关(P<0.05)。 Jagged1的表达与食管癌的分化程度、侵袭深度及淋巴结有无转移密切相关。食管癌组织中Hes1和Jag-ged11两者的表达呈正相关( P<0.05)。结论 Hes1和Jagged1的异常表达与食管癌的发生、浸润及转移密切相关,检测两种蛋白对于食管癌的早期诊断及预后具有一定的参考价值。

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Jagged 1 and Hes1 in esoph-ageal cancer .Methods Immunohistochemical PV-9000 was used to test the expression levels of Jagged 1 of 52 cases Hes1 esophageal cancer tissues and 20 cases normal tissues and analyze their correlation and clinical significance be-tween esophageal cancer and clinicopathological factors .Results The expression rate of Jagged 1 and Hes1 in esophageal cancer was significantly lower than that in adjacent normal tissues ,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Expression of hes1 was closely related to lymph node metastasis of esophageal cancer ,clinical stage,degree of differentia-tion and the degree of invasion ( P<0 .05 ) .So did the expression of Jagged and differentiation of esophageal cancer , depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis.The expression of Hes1 and Jagged1 in esophageal carcinoma were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion Abnormal expression of Hes1 and Jagged1 is correlated with esophageal cancer's de-velopment ,invasion and metastasis .Detection of the two proteins has a certain reference value for early diagnosis and prognosis of esophageal cancer .
