采用文献资料法，专家访谈法，数理统计等方法对我国目前网球裁判员的队伍现状进行调查研究，结果发现我国目前网球裁判队伍中高级别裁判同其他国家相比存在数量少，同时在执裁水平、英语基础、动机水平以及收入水平等因素上进行访问调查分析。出现执裁业务水平理论水平高，而实施过程中业务水平不高，英语在同国际裁判员运动员交流上还存在问题，动机和收入水平方面存在偏差。

Adopting methods of literature,expert -interview and mathematic statistics,this paper investigates and studies the team of tennis umpires in China and finds that the number of senior umpires in China is smaller than that of other countries.The paper also analyzes factors like umpiring level,mastery of English,motivation and income and discovers that such problems as high in theoretical level of umpiring yet low in practical umpiring, their communication with international umpires in English still needs improvement and differences exist in motivation and income.
