通过对新疆天山北坡地方和兵团9个地区的滴灌技术应用情况进行实地调研，对新疆目前滴灌工程在生产中的运行和管理进行分析，认为目前新疆滴灌技术的应用较为粗放，急须对基层农技人员、农民进行滴灌技术的培训，以期更好地发挥滴灌技术在农业生产中的作用。

Based on the investigation of the application of drip irrigation technology in the nine regions of local Tianshan Mountains and Xinjiang Corps ,this paper analyzes the production ,operation and management of the current drip irrigation project in Xinjiang . It is found that the current application of drip irrigation technology in Xinjiang is more extensive ,drip irrigation technology training for grassroots ,agricultural workers and farmers is of much-needed for the better role of drip irrigation technology in agricultural pro‐duction .
