目的：探讨窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）对寻常性银屑病患者外周血干扰素诱导的T细胞α趋化因子(I-TAC)表达的影响。方法采用夹心酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测正常人和寻常性银屑病患者NB-UVB治疗前后外周血I-TAC水平变化。结果寻常性银屑病患者血清I-TAC水平明显高于正常对照组（t=21.37，P＜0.05）。经NB-UVB治疗36次后，银屑病患者I-TAC水平较治疗前明显下降（t=18.23，P＜0.05），且治疗前后银屑病患者银屑病皮损面积严重度指数(PASI)评分与血清I-TAC水平呈正相关（r=0.293，P＜0.05）。结论 NB-UVB可降低寻常性银屑病患者外周血I-TAC水平，在银屑病的发病过程中I-TAC可能发挥重要作用。
목적：탐토착보중파자외선（NB-UVB）대심상성은설병환자외주혈간우소유도적T세포α추화인자(I-TAC)표체적영향。방법채용협심매련면역흡부시험（ELISA）검측정상인화심상성은설병환자NB-UVB치료전후외주혈I-TAC수평변화。결과심상성은설병환자혈청I-TAC수평명현고우정상대조조（t=21.37，P＜0.05）。경NB-UVB치료36차후，은설병환자I-TAC수평교치료전명현하강（t=18.23，P＜0.05），차치료전후은설병환자은설병피손면적엄중도지수(PASI)평분여혈청I-TAC수평정정상관（r=0.293，P＜0.05）。결론 NB-UVB가강저심상성은설병환자외주혈I-TAC수평，재은설병적발병과정중I-TAC가능발휘중요작용。
ObjectiveTo study the effect of the narrow-band ultraviolet B ( NB-UVB) on serum levels of IFN-inducible T cell alpha chemoattractant (I-TAC) in psoriasis.MethodsSandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to detect peripheral blood levels of serum I-TAC in psoriasis vulgaris before and after the treatment of NB-UVB and healthy controls.ResultsThe serum level of I-TAC was signiifcant higher in patients with psoriasis vulgaris than those in normal group (t=21.37,P<0.05). After the treatment of NB-UVB for 36 times, I-TAC level in psoriasis patients was signiifcantly decreased compared with before the treatment (t=18.23, P<0.05). PASI score of psoriasis patients, before and after the treatment, and serum I-TAC levels were positively correlated. ConclusionNB-UVB can reduce the serum level of I-TAC in patients with psoriasis vulgaris, and I-TAC may be involved in value-added pathogenesis of psoriasis.
