目的：对CT和磁共振在中枢神经系统感染疾病诊断中的临床应用价值进行分析与探究。方法：择选2012年9月—2014年9月我院所收治的中枢神经系统感染患者68例作为观察组，且择选同时期来我院进行体检的健康者65例作为对照组，对全部入选对象均采取CT与磁共振检查，并对其检查结果进行观察与比较。结果：观察组CT、MRI检查异常率与对照组相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组MRI检查异常率（94.1%）明显高于CT检查异常率（55.9%），存在显著性的差异，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：在临床中枢神经系统感染疾病的诊断上，CT与磁共振都具备一定的诊断效果，但两种诊断方式联合使用，可获得更为显著的效果，且能对病情与预后进行有效的判定。

목적：대CT화자공진재중추신경계통감염질병진단중적림상응용개치진행분석여탐구。방법：택선2012년9월—2014년9월아원소수치적중추신경계통감염환자68례작위관찰조，차택선동시기래아원진행체검적건강자65례작위대조조，대전부입선대상균채취CT여자공진검사，병대기검사결과진행관찰여비교。결과：관찰조CT、MRI검사이상솔여대조조상비，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；관찰조MRI검사이상솔（94.1%）명현고우CT검사이상솔（55.9%），존재현저성적차이，유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：재림상중추신경계통감염질병적진단상，CT여자공진도구비일정적진단효과，단량충진단방식연합사용，가획득경위현저적효과，차능대병정여예후진행유효적판정。
Objective:To analyze and explore the clinical application value of CT and magnetic resonance in the diagnosis of infection of central nervous system.Methods:68 patients with infection of central nervous system treated in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2014 were selected into the observation group and 65 healthy persons in our hospital for physical examination in the same period were in the control group. All the included objects took CT and magnetic resonance imaging and the results were observed and compared. Results:The difference between the abnormal rate of CT and MRI of the observation group and the control group was statistically significant (P<0.05);in the observation group, the abnormal rate of MRI (94.1%) was significantly higher than that of CT (55.9%) and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of diseases of central nervous system infection,both CT and MRI have certain effect, but the combination of the two diagnosis methods can achieve more significant effect.It can judge the condition and prognosis of the disease.
