旅游小企业在旅游业经济发展中占据重要的地位，给旅游业带来重要经济价值的同时也面临着很多方面的经营障碍。本文以自然旅游观光地九寨沟为案例地，对旅游小企业的经营障碍进行探究，在深度访谈的基础上进行分析。最后，指出自然观光地旅游小企业在发展过程中主要存在五个方面的经营障碍：市场环境；淡旺季影响；政府政策与管理；租金障碍；自然灾害。对旅游小企业的经营障碍研究，利于经营者更加直观地认识小企业在旅游发展中的不足，促进旅游小企业和旅游目的地经济的跨越式发展。

Small tourism business occupied an important position in the economic development of the tourism in-dustry, they took the significant economic value to the tourism industry, and faced many business barriers as well. Based on the natural scenery place of Jiuzhaigou, the thesis explored the business barriers of small tourism business, and analyzed the in-depth interviews. At last, it pointed out the five aspects of business barriers in small tourism business development process: market environment, seasonal differences, government policy and management, rent barriers, natural disasters. The study on the business barriers of small tourism business will help the owners have an intuitive understanding on the weakness of tourism development, and promote a leap de-velopment between small tourism business and tourism destination economy.
