目的:探讨对梅毒血清固定患者白细胞介素(IL)水平检测的临床意义。方法选择2009年1月—2013年1月深圳市第七人民医院收治的35例梅毒血清固定患者为观察组、40例治疗后快速血浆反应素试验(RPR)转阴的患者为对照1组,另选择40名健康体检者作为对照2组,对各组进行血清IL-2、IL-12、IL-4、IL-10水平检测及自然杀伤(NK)细胞水平测定。结果观察组血清IL-2、IL-12水平低于两个对照组(P=0.000),血清IL-4、IL-10水平高于两个对照组(P=0.000~0.040),对照1组血清IL-4、IL-10水平高于对照2组(P=0.043、0.031),对照2组NK细胞所占百分率高于观察组(P=0.000),差异均有统计学意义。结论梅毒血清固定患者存在细胞免疫功能抑制,可能是血清固定形成的原因之一。

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical significance of interleukin level detection of serofast syphilis patients. MethodsThirty-ifve serofast syphilis patients admitted to the seventh people’s hospital of Shenzhen city from January, 2009 to January, 2013 (observation group), 40 syphilis patients with negative RPR after treatment (control group 1) and 40 healthy subjects (control group 2) were enrolled in the study, all the patients underwent serum interleukin (IL) detection of IL-2, IL-12, IL-4, IL-10 levels and NK cell content determination.ResultsThe serum IL-2, IL-12 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the two control groups (P=0.000); the serum IL-4 and IL-10 levels of the observation group were higher than those of the two control groups (P=0.000~0.040), and the control group 1 was higher than that of the control group 2 (P=0.043,0.031); NK cell percentage of the control group 2 was higher than that of the observation group (P=0.000), the differences mentioned above all had statistical signiifcance.ConclusionSerofast syphilis patients may have cellular immune function suppression, which may be one of the causes of serofast formation.
