目的：探讨氯吡格雷联合氟伐他汀治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法收集2013年10月～2014年10月来我院就诊的脑梗死患者117例，按照治疗方法分为两组，对照组59例给予常规治疗，研究组58例在对照组基础上给予口服氯吡格雷+氟伐他汀治疗。结果治疗后研究组及对照组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、hs-CRP水平均低于治疗前，研究组降低的程度高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后研究组及对照组NIHSS评分低于治疗前，ADL评分高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），治疗后研究组NIHSS评分低于同期对照组，ADL评分高于同期对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论氯吡格雷联合氟伐他汀联合治疗脑梗死疗效确切，可作为一种治疗脑梗死的有效方法在临床应用。
목적：탐토록필격뢰연합불벌타정치료뇌경사적료효。방법수집2013년10월～2014년10월래아원취진적뇌경사환자117례，안조치료방법분위량조，대조조59례급여상규치료，연구조58례재대조조기출상급여구복록필격뢰+불벌타정치료。결과치료후연구조급대조조TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、hs-CRP수평균저우치료전，연구조강저적정도고우대조조，량조차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。치료후연구조급대조조NIHSS평분저우치료전，ADL평분고우치료전，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05），치료후연구조NIHSS평분저우동기대조조，ADL평분고우동기대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론록필격뢰연합불벌타정연합치료뇌경사료효학절，가작위일충치료뇌경사적유효방법재림상응용。
Objective To explore the efficacy of cerebral infarction treated with clopidogrel and fluvastatin. Methods 117 cases with cerebral infarction were collected from October 2013 to October 2014 in our hospital, all of them were divided into two groups according to the method of treatment, the control group included 59 patients and were treated with conventional therapy, the study group included 58 cases and were given oral clopidogrel + fluvastatin therapy on the basis of the control group.Results After treatment, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, hs-CRP levels of the study group and the control group were lower than before treatment, the degree of reduction in the study group was higher than the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05). After the treatment, NIHSS score of the study group and the control group were lower than before treatment, ADL score was higher than before treatment, the difference was significant(P<0.05), NIHSS score of the study group after treatment was lower than the control group on the same period, ADL score was higher than the control group, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Cerebral infarction patients treatment with clopidogrel fluvastatin combination therapy is effective and can be used in clinical practice.
