目的：评估光动力疗法联合自拟中药外洗方剂的临床疗效及不良反应。方法2013年6月—2013年12月我院门诊根据Pillsbury分类法诊断的Ⅱ～Ⅳ度痤疮患者41例，经光动力治疗后，随机分为两组，试验组22例患者每次治疗后用中药外洗，对照组19例治疗后用清水外洗，观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果试验组有12例在4次治疗及中药外洗后，痤疮皮损面积和严重度指数（GAGS）评分明显低于对照组12例（P＜0.05）；两组不良反应中红斑、肿胀疼痛、脱屑、反应性痤疮、面部瘙痒发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但对照组色素沉着的发生率显著高于试验组（P＜0.05），并且出现红斑、肿胀疼痛、脱屑、反应性痤疮、色素沉着的持续时间，试验组均短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论中药外洗方剂治疗痤疮有一定的辅助治疗作用，能有效减少皮损数及不良反应。
목적：평고광동력요법연합자의중약외세방제적림상료효급불량반응。방법2013년6월—2013년12월아원문진근거Pillsbury분류법진단적Ⅱ～Ⅳ도좌창환자41례，경광동력치료후，수궤분위량조，시험조22례환자매차치료후용중약외세，대조조19례치료후용청수외세，관찰림상료효급불량반응。결과시험조유12례재4차치료급중약외세후，좌창피손면적화엄중도지수（GAGS）평분명현저우대조조12례（P＜0.05）；량조불량반응중홍반、종창동통、탈설、반응성좌창、면부소양발생솔비교차이무통계학의의（P＞0.05），단대조조색소침착적발생솔현저고우시험조（P＜0.05），병차출현홍반、종창동통、탈설、반응성좌창、색소침착적지속시간，시험조균단우대조조（P＜0.05）。결론중약외세방제치료좌창유일정적보조치료작용，능유효감소피손수급불량반응。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy and adverse effects of photodynamic therapy (PDT) combined with traditional Chinese medicine lotion in the treatment of acne.MethodsTotal 41 patients who were diagnosed as level II-IV acne by Pillsbury's categorization method were randomly divided into treatment group (22 subjects) and control group (19 subjects), all the patients in the two groups were treated with PDT, meanwhile the patients in the treatment group received traditional Chinese medicine lotion after the PDT. Efficacy and adverse effects were observed and recorded.ResultsTwelve subjects in treatment group showed a significant (P<0.05) decrease in GAGS score compared with twelve subjects in control group. In the aspect of adverse effects, there's no signiifcant difference between the two groups in occurrence rate of erythema, tumidness, desquamation, reactive acne and facial itching. However, treatment group had a signiifcant lower occurrence rate of hyperpigmentation (P<0.05), and the duration of erythema, tumidness, desquamation, reactive acne and facial itching were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionsExternal application of traditional Chinese medicine lotion has a certain supportive effect in the treatment of acne, and may decrease the damage of skin as well as adverse effects caused by PDT. The combination of PDT and traditional Chinese medicine lotion is recommendable in the clinical treatment of acne.
