侵袭性毛孢子菌病是由毛孢子菌属所致的系统性感染,报道逐年增多,病死率高达50%~80%。实验室早期快速检测此类病原菌是治疗和改善预后的关键。该文就侵袭性毛孢子菌病血清学、聚合酶链反应(PCR)等早期检测的进展作一综述。
侵襲性毛孢子菌病是由毛孢子菌屬所緻的繫統性感染,報道逐年增多,病死率高達50%~80%。實驗室早期快速檢測此類病原菌是治療和改善預後的關鍵。該文就侵襲性毛孢子菌病血清學、聚閤酶鏈反應(PCR)等早期檢測的進展作一綜述。

Invasive trichosporonosis is one kind of systemic fungal infection caused by Trichoporon spp, with a mortality of 50% to 80%, and the prevalence of which has increased year by year. Laboratory tools are the important basis for the diagnosis and prevention of these infections. Here, some progress of the methods for early diagnosis of the disease was reviewed, including antigen detection and PCR-based methods.
