目的：对参术冠心方在冠心病稳定型心绞痛疾病治疗中的临床效果进行探讨。方法：择选2013年11月—2014年11月我院所收治的冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者62例作为对象，按入院就诊前后顺序，将其分成甲乙两组，每组各有31例患者，甲组患者予以参术冠心方安慰剂进行治疗，乙组患者予以参术冠心方中药复方颗粒剂进行治疗，且对两组患者临床治疗效果加以观察与比较。结果：乙组患者治疗后的心绞痛发作次数、持续时间、疼痛程度及心绞痛计分等均优于甲组患者治疗后，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；持续治疗1个月后，甲组患者的有效率为32.3%（10/31），乙组患者的有效率为58.1%（18/31），组间有效率相比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：对冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者予以参术冠心方加以治疗，疗效确切，且可有效改善心绞痛症状，值得推广。
목적：대삼술관심방재관심병은정형심교통질병치료중적림상효과진행탐토。방법：택선2013년11월—2014년11월아원소수치적관심병은정형심교통환자62례작위대상，안입원취진전후순서，장기분성갑을량조，매조각유31례환자，갑조환자여이삼술관심방안위제진행치료，을조환자여이삼술관심방중약복방과립제진행치료，차대량조환자림상치료효과가이관찰여비교。결과：을조환자치료후적심교통발작차수、지속시간、동통정도급심교통계분등균우우갑조환자치료후，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）；지속치료1개월후，갑조환자적유효솔위32.3%（10/31），을조환자적유효솔위58.1%（18/31），조간유효솔상비교，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：대관심병은정형심교통환자여이삼술관심방가이치료，료효학절，차가유효개선심교통증상，치득추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Shenshu Guanxin Decoction on coronary heart disease with stable angina. Methods:62 patients with stable angina pectoris from November 2013 to November 2014 were divided into two groups A and B according to the order of treatment before admission,31 patients in each group.Patients in Group A were treated with Shenshu Guanxin Decoction placebo,while patients in Group B were treated with Shenshu Guanxin granules,the clinical effects for the two groups of patients were observed and compared.Results:The episodes of angina patients in Group B after treatment, duration, pain and angina scores were better than Group A after treatment,there was a significant difference(P<0.05) ,The effective rate of Group A was 32.3% (10/31),Group B was 58.1% (18/31),inter-group was compared,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Coronary heart disease in patients with stable angina pectoris coronary surgery to be party to the reference treatment,effective can be effective in improving symptoms of angina,which is worthy of promotion.
