重症药疹在临床上是常见的皮肤药物不良反应，包括重症多形红斑型药疹、中毒性表皮坏死松解症、急性泛发性发疹性脓疱病、剥脱性皮炎型药疹和药物超敏反应综合征等，其有很高的发病率及病死率。患者详细的病史、典型的临床表现、相关体格检查和实验室及辅助检查均有助于疾病的早期诊断。该文从发病机制及临床表现两个方面对重症药疹进行了概述。

Severe drug eruption is a common cutaneous adverse drug reactions in clinical, including erythema multiforme drug eruption (EMDE), toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN), acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP), exfoliative dermatitis drug eruption (EDDE), and drug hypersensitivity syndrome (DHS), Which has a high morbidity and mortality. Detailed medical history, typical clinical manifestations, physical examination, and laboratory and auxiliary examinations are helpful for the early diagnosis of the disease. Two aspects of severe drug eruption, pathogenesis and clinical manifestations, are outlined in this article.
