目的:分析江西地区0~6岁婴幼儿血清25-羟维生素D(25-OH-VD)水平,为临床诊断维生素D缺乏性佝偻病提供实验依据。方法采用化学发光检测血清中25-OH-VD水平。结果江西地区0~6岁婴幼儿血清25-OH-VD平均浓度为79.4±24.3nmol/L。1022例婴幼儿中,血清25-OH-VD充足组408例,占39.9%。缺乏组与不足组共610例,占59.7%。且0~1岁组和1~2岁组血清25-OH-VD浓度间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但与其他各组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同性别间血清25-OH-VD水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论江西地区0~6岁婴幼儿血清25-OH-VD缺乏率高,其中以3~4岁幼儿血清25-OH-VD水平最低,且与性别无关。

Objective To investigate the level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D in infants aged 0~6 years old in Jiangxi region and provide scientific basis for the diagnosis of vitamin D deficiency rickets. Methods Serum 25-OH-VD were detected by chemilu-minescence immunoassay (CIA). Results The mean value of serum 25-OH-VD in infants aged 0~6 years old from Jiangxi was 79.4±24.3 nmol/L . Among 1022 cases of infants, serum 25-OH-VD adequacy group had 408 cases, accounting for 39.9%. Defi-cient and inadequate group had 610 cases, accounting for 59.7%. There was no significant differenceof serum 25-OH-VD between 0~1 and 1~2 age groups (P>0.05), but significant differences existed when compared to other groups (P<0.05), and no significant difference in term of gender (P>0.05). Conclusion The deficiency rate of serum 25-OH-VD was higher in infants aged 0~6 in Jiangxi region, with 3~4 years old infants was lowest, no matter of their gender.
