目的：研究脉血康联合甲钴胺片治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法：将DPN的患者60例随机分为治疗组(ZL)及对照组(DZ)，对照组给予甲钴胺，治疗组在对照组基础上加用脉血康。结果：治疗组与对照组比较，治疗后能明显降低周围神经病变得分，能改善患者临床症状，且以上有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：脉血康联合甲钴胺片能改善患者的神经症状，是治疗DPN有效的方法。
목적：연구맥혈강연합갑고알편치료당뇨병주위신경병변적료효。방법：장DPN적환자60례수궤분위치료조(ZL)급대조조(DZ)，대조조급여갑고알，치료조재대조조기출상가용맥혈강。결과：치료조여대조조비교，치료후능명현강저주위신경병변득분，능개선환자림상증상，차이상유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：맥혈강연합갑고알편능개선환자적신경증상，시치료DPN유효적방법。
Objective:To survey treatment of DPN treatedby maixinkang capsule and methycobal.Methods:60 cases of DPN patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,the control group take methycobal.the treatment group take the maixinkang capsule on the basis of control group.Results:After treatment, Treatment group compared with the control group,can lower efficient score of DNP,and the clinicalsymptoms is significantly improved;the two groups had statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Maixinkang capsule and methycobal may improve the DPN symptoms,it may be a more effective way to deal with DPN.
