以油茶为研究对象,建立了全国油茶种植适宜性评价对象要素、技术模型以及综合评价相结合的分析评价方法。选取年低温、降水量、湿度、无霜期、海拔高度、坡度和土壤类型等三类因素七个指标,利用三标度两步AHP确定指标权重,基于RBF神经网络和GIS技术,对研究区油茶种植适宜性进行单因子评价和多因素适宜度限制性分析的综合评价。在单因子评价的基础上,综合评价能保证结果的准确性。结果表明:油茶种植的适宜区分布在湖南、江西、广东、广西大部,湖北西南部、云南南部等地区,全国油茶种植适宜区域面积约为491.88×104 hm2,而全国油茶发展战略规划的目标是466.67×104 hm2,分省统计对比显示油茶种植的提升潜力较大。研究结果可为油茶产业的合理布局,土地资源利用规划等提供科学依据。

In this paper, Camellia oleifera Abel is taken as the study object, elements, technical model and comprehensive evaluation are built to guide national Camellia oleifera Abel of suitability evaluation. The selection of evaluation factors such as annual low temperature, amount of precipitation, humidity, frost free season, altitude, slope and soil type which including three types of climate, topography and soil to build index system of Camellia oleifera Abel planting suitability evaluation. Based on three scale two step Analytic Hierarchy Process, RBF neural network and GIS technology, a single factor evaluation and comprehensive evaluation under constrain analysis method of multi-factors suitability are made for the study area of Camellia oleifera Abel planting suitability. Comprehensive evaluation has a high accuracy by comparison to single-factor evaluation. The result shows that national suitable areas of Camellia oleifera Abel planting are concentrated in the most of Hunan, Jiangxi, Guangdong, Guangxi, the southwest of Hubei and the south of Yunnan areas. The requirement of the national Camellia oleifera Abel industry development plan is 46.67 million ha,but the statistical result of the national suitable areas are 49.19 million ha, so it has a huge potential of Camellia oleifera Abel planting by provincial statistics. The results from this study can provide the scientific proofs for the rational distribution and land resources programme of Camellia oleifera Abel planting.
