目的：研究和观察门诊中药房使用调剂发药新模式的应用效果。方法：在门诊中药房的调剂发药中使用新的模式，将使用前的差错事件发生例数、煎药时间、患者领药时间作为对照组，使用后的相关数据作为观察组，对比两组数据的差异。结果：观察组的差错事件发生例数明显低于对照组，观察组的煎药时间、患者领药时间均显著短于对照组，P＜0.05。结论：在门诊中药房当中，运用新的管理模式能够有效地提高工作的效率，降低差错事件的发生率，并大大缩短患者领药、煎药的时间，值得推广应用。

목적：연구화관찰문진중약방사용조제발약신모식적응용효과。방법：재문진중약방적조제발약중사용신적모식，장사용전적차착사건발생례수、전약시간、환자령약시간작위대조조，사용후적상관수거작위관찰조，대비량조수거적차이。결과：관찰조적차착사건발생례수명현저우대조조，관찰조적전약시간、환자령약시간균현저단우대조조，P＜0.05。결론：재문진중약방당중，운용신적관리모식능구유효지제고공작적효솔，강저차착사건적발생솔，병대대축단환자령약、전약적시간，치득추엄응용。
Objective:To study and observe the application effect of new model of dispensing and in the TCM outpatient pharmacy.. Methods: The new model was applied in the clinic of TCM pharmacy for dispensing drugs.The number of error events, decocting time and the taken time for medicine were treated as a control group, while the data after the application of new model was treated as an observation group, and the differences of the two groups were compared. Results: Error incident cases of the observation group were obviously lower than those of the control group, and the decocting time and the taken time for medicine of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion: In the clinic of TCM pharmacy, the new management model can effectively improve work efficiency,reduce the incidence of error events and greatly shorten the time of the taken time for medicine and decocting time,which is worthy of promotion and application.
