目的：研究不同的治疗方式治疗桡骨远端骨折中乙状切迹背侧骨块移位对腕关节功能恢复的影响价值。方法：选取桡骨远端骨折患者116例作为研究对象，以治疗方式为基础将其定义为两组，每组58例患者，对照组患者行桡骨远端骨折切开复位内固定治疗，研究组在对照组基础上联合中药治疗；对照研究两组临床治疗效果及腕关节功能恢复情况。结果：两组总有效率、腕关节功能总恢复率经统计学 x2检验，P＜0.05，具有显著差异性。结论：切开复位内固定治疗对桡骨远端骨折中乙状切迹背侧骨块移位治疗效果确切，但联合中药治疗可有效恢复腕关节功能，具有较高的临床使用价值。

Objective: To investigate the influence and value of different therapy methods on wrist joint function recovery in order to treat distal radius fractures in dorsal sigmoid incisure bone block. Methods: One hundred and sixteen patients with distal radius fractures were selected as research subjects and divided into two groups on the basis of treatment mode, 58 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation of distal radius fracture, while patients in the research group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine treatment on the basis of that applied on patients in the research group.The curative effects and recovery of wrist joint function of the two groups were compared and studied. Results: The total effective rate and total recovery rate of wrist joint function after statisticsx2 test satisfiedP < 0.05, were significantly different. Conclusion: Open reduction and internal fixation has definite effectiveness on the sigmoid notch dorsal bone displacement in distal radius fracture, if being combined Chinese medicine therapy can effectively restore wrist joint function with high value of clinical application.
