目的：探讨认知行为疗法用于2型糖尿病伴有焦虑患者的治疗效果。方法将120例2型糖尿病伴有焦虑的患者，随机分为实验组60例和对照组60例。对照组给予常规的控制血糖（口服药物或胰岛素）、改善微循环、对症治疗及健康教育，实验组在此基础上增加了认知行为疗法。采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）于治疗前及治疗4周末分别自评，同时监测患者的空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（PG2h）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1C）等情况进行比较。结果治疗4周末两组SAS评分、空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论认知行为疗法能明显改善2型糖尿病伴有焦虑患者的症状，更好地控制血糖，提高治疗依从性。
목적：탐토인지행위요법용우2형당뇨병반유초필환자적치료효과。방법장120례2형당뇨병반유초필적환자，수궤분위실험조60례화대조조60례。대조조급여상규적공제혈당（구복약물혹이도소）、개선미순배、대증치료급건강교육，실험조재차기출상증가료인지행위요법。채용초필자평량표（SAS）우치료전급치료4주말분별자평，동시감측환자적공복혈당（FPG）、찬후2h혈당（PG2h）、당화혈홍단백（HbA1C）등정황진행비교。결과치료4주말량조SAS평분、공복혈당、찬후2h혈당、당화혈홍단백비교차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론인지행위요법능명현개선2형당뇨병반유초필환자적증상，경호지공제혈당，제고치료의종성。
Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy in the treatment of type 2 diabetes patients with anxiety. Methods120 patients with type 2 diabetes with anxiety,who were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The patients of control group were given conventional control of blood glucose(oral drugs or insulin),microcirculation,symptomatic treatment and health education.Additionally,the patients of experimental group were given cognitive behavioral therapy.All patients were evaluated with the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) before and four weeks after treatment respectively. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(PG2h),Glycated hemoglobin(HbA1C)were measured at the same time.Results At the end of study,both groups showed significantly difference on the FPG,PG2h,HbA1c(P<0.05).ConclusionWith cognitive behavioral therapy,symptoms in patients with type 2 diabetes associated with anxiety can be significantly improved.
