目的：探讨不同类型浆细胞性乳腺炎诊断要点和手术治疗体会。方法回顾性研究62例浆细胞性乳腺炎患者的临床资料，分析其临床、影像学特点及各类型手术治疗方式。结果脓肿切开引流10例，肿块切除、象限切除43例，单纯性乳房切除7例，皮下乳房全切并行假体植入2例。结论浆细胞性乳腺炎极易误诊为乳腺癌，结合临床查体、超声、钼靶及MRI可提高术前诊断准确率，对不同类型选择正确治疗时机及采取合适的手术方式是治疗成功的关键。
목적：탐토불동류형장세포성유선염진단요점화수술치료체회。방법회고성연구62례장세포성유선염환자적림상자료，분석기림상、영상학특점급각류형수술치료방식。결과농종절개인류10례，종괴절제、상한절제43례，단순성유방절제7례，피하유방전절병행가체식입2례。결론장세포성유선염겁역오진위유선암，결합림상사체、초성、목파급MRI가제고술전진단준학솔，대불동류형선택정학치료시궤급채취합괄적수술방식시치료성공적관건。
[Abitract] ObjectiveTo explore the different types of plasma cell mastitis diagnosis and surgical treatment. Methods The clinical data of 62 patients with plasma cell mastitis were retrospectively studied.Analyze the clinical and radiographic features and various types of surgical treatment.Results 10 cases of patients underwent incision and drainage of abscess,lumpectomy,quadrant resection of 43 cases,seven cases with simple mastectomy,subcutaneous breast resection and prosthesis implantation of two cases.ConclusionPlasma cell mastitis was easily misdiagnosed as breast cancer.Combined with clinical examination,ultrasonography and mammography and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)can improve the preoperative diagnostic accuracy.Choosing the right timing of treatment for different types and take the appropriate surgical approach is the key to successful treatment.
