目的：观察氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片对高血压高血脂的治疗效果。方法选取90例高血压合并高血脂患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，观察组给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片，对照组仅给予阿托伐他汀钙片治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组；治疗后，观察组收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C等指标均优于对照组。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片对高血压高血脂的治疗效果显著，值得在临床上推广。
목적：관찰안록지평아탁벌타정개편대고혈압고혈지적치료효과。방법선취90례고혈압합병고혈지환자，수궤분위관찰조여대조조，관찰조급여안록지평아탁벌타정개편，대조조부급여아탁벌타정개편치료，비교량조환자치료효과。결과관찰조총유효솔고우대조조；치료후，관찰조수축압（SBP）、서장압（DBP）、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C등지표균우우대조조。결론안록지평아탁벌타정개편대고혈압고혈지적치료효과현저，치득재림상상추엄。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of amlodipine atorvastain calcium tablets in the treatment of hypertension and hyperlipemia.Methods 90 patients with hypertension and hyperlipemia were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the observation group were treated with amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets, and the patients in the control group were treated with atorvastatin calcium tablets. The therapeutic effects in the two groups were compared. Results Total effective rate of the observation group is higher than that of the control group. After treatment, the observation group is superior to the control group at the indicators of systolic blood pressure (SBP), diastolic blood pressure (DBP), TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C and so on.Conclusion Amlodipine atorvastatin calcium tablets has remarkable therapeutic effect in the treatment of hypertension and hyperlipemia, which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
