目的：探讨中医接骨法治疗小儿前臂骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年1月～2013年12月我院骨科收治的前臂骨折患儿240例，随机分为对照组和研究组各120例，其中对照组予以传统钢板固定法接骨治疗，研究组则予以中医接骨法治疗，两组患者治疗后随访6个月观察统计患儿临床治疗的效果。结果对照组患儿痊愈68例，好转74例，无效78例，总有效率64.5％，研究组患儿痊愈125例，好转84例，无效11例，总有效率95.0％；两组患儿治疗结果对比差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中医接骨法在治疗小儿前臂骨折方面的临床效果较为理想，同西医钢板固定法相比有着明显优势，应当在临床上大力推广应用。
목적：탐토중의접골법치료소인전비골절적림상료효。방법회고성분석2009년1월～2013년12월아원골과수치적전비골절환인240례，수궤분위대조조화연구조각120례，기중대조조여이전통강판고정법접골치료，연구조칙여이중의접골법치료，량조환자치료후수방6개월관찰통계환인림상치료적효과。결과대조조환인전유68례，호전74례，무효78례，총유효솔64.5％，연구조환인전유125례，호전84례，무효11례，총유효솔95.0％；량조환인치료결과대비차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론중의접골법재치료소인전비골절방면적림상효과교위이상，동서의강판고정법상비유착명현우세，응당재림상상대력추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in bone forearm fractures of children.Methods 240 cases of children with forearm fractures in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into three groups with 120 cases in each group, and the control group received treatment of traditional bone plate fixation, the study group received TCM treatment of bone, effect of clinical treatment of the two groups were followed up for 6 months and observed. Results 68 cases in the control group were cured, 74 cases for the better, 78 cases ineffective, the total efficiency was 64.5%, 125 cases of the study group recovered, 84 cases for the better, 11 cases ineffective, the total efficiency was 95.0%; the treatment outcome were compared between the two groups, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.055).Conclusion TCM bone method in the treatment of pediatric clinical effect of forearm fractures is more ideal, which is compared with Western plate fixation method with obvious advantages, should vigorously promote in clinical practice.
