针对水产养殖中普遍存在增氧机控制滞后的问题,本文介绍了一种基于气象因子的增氧机预测控制的方法和装置,该装置包括太阳能板、温湿度传感器、主控制器和交流接触器等部件。其工作原理为主控制器定时采集空气湿度和电池电压等反映气象条件的参数,然后利用多元回归的方法预测出1h后溶解氧数值,最后根据溶解氧预测值控制增氧机的起动、停止。通过现场试验证明,该预测方法的回归系数高达0.996,预测效果良好。基于气象因子的增氧机预测控制是一种简单实用的控制方法,对于水产养殖业具有一定的指导意义。

It’s a general problem that aerator’s controlling lagged in aquaculture. The new method and equipment about prediction controlling of aerator based on meteorological factors can solve this problem. The equipment includes solar panel, temperature and humidity sensor, the main controller, AC contactor and other components. The working principle is the main controller collecting some parameters timing, for example, the air humidity, the voltage of batteries and so on, which can reflect the weather conditions. Then it use multiple regressions to predict the values of dissolved oxygen after one hour. Based on these predicted values we can control the aerator to start and stop. The test showed that the regression coefficient of this prediction method was up to 0.996, it was working well. The predictive controlling of aerator based on meteorological factors is a simple and practical method. It has a certain significance to aquaculture.
