目的：分析探讨手足口病的发病、流行及临床特征、诊断、治疗及预后。方法收集350例门诊住院患儿的一般情况、主要症状及体征，实验室检查，影像学分析情况及治疗预后效果。结果350例病例中，要注意发热、血糖、心肌酶谱、影像学分析情况及合并症等，及早发现重症病例。结论充分重视重症趋势，及时发现、及时治疗，是目前减少重症患者死亡的有效方法。

Objective To investigate and analyze the attack, prevalence, clinical features, diagnoses, therapy and prognosis of hand-foot-and-mouth Disease.Methods The general outpatient, the main symptoms and signs, laboratory tests, imaging analysis of the situation and treatment prognosis of 350 children inpatient were collected. Results For 350 cases, the situation of fever, blood glucose, myocardial enzymes, radiographic analysis and complications were payed attention to, early detection in severe cases.Conclusion We should pay full attention to severe trends, timely detection and timely treatment, is an effective method to reduce the current death of critically ill patients.
